

As part of a multidisciplinary team of eight, including collaborators from Denmark, I contributed to the design and production of a motion graphic ad for Creso Inc.’s ARGONAUT program — a consulting tool focused on organizational diagnostics and strategy.
ARGONAUT is a diagnostics tool developed by Creso Inc., designed to act as a "CT scan" for organizations — surfacing internal inefficiencies, communication gaps, and productivity issues through data-driven analysis.
Our task was to create a motion graphic based on a provided script within a timeframe of two and a half months. We quickly produced a comprehensive storyboard and a captivating thirty-second introduction that showcased our vision on screen.

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – The senior executive with responsibility for the financial affairs of Wood, an advertising agency in New York City.
Scenario: Denise’s boss needs a quick answer to why the company is losing money. She has over 1,000 employees underneath her, and cannot monitor everyone’s productivity levels. She needs a way to assess the strengths and weaknesses of her staff.
Goals: Identify the weaknesses of her staff and be able to implement strategies to improve overall performance.
Name: Michael Flannigan
Age: 60
Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – The highest-ranking person in Anthem, a paper distribution company that covers the entire west coast of the United States. Overall, he is responsible for making managerial decisions.
Scenario: Michael’s company has been very successful in the past, but recently has not had the highest levels of productivity. He has been trying all the usual methods of problem solving, but none seem to work.
Goals: Improve company productivity as a whole and ultimately bring his company success.
After the initial completion, we received a request for a new vision. The revised approach emphasized a text-dominated format, a simplified color palette, and reduced cartoon animation.
Following stakeholder feedback, we restructured the final sequence into a tight, 30-second presentation. The goal was clarity: every animation, word, and visual had to directly reinforce the value of ARGONAUT as a consulting solution.
The new assets were thoughtfully designed to highlight how the Argonaut system simplifies our understanding of organizations, enabling us to identify and address workflow issues more accurately.
